But what the heck what shit policy they've got & never been highlighted?
Of years i've been flying here & there and i've only got to know today that
if we bought a return flight ticket & the first ticket was not being utilised,
the system will AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL the booking WITHOUT NOTIFYING their guests???
and for all the money i've paid i ended up in the WAITING LIST during this SUPER PEAK season!!!

This isnt the first time that my booking got cancelled and i wasnt informed but the previous was due to a different reason
I emailed, twice, & complained, & they've "IMPRESSED" me without giving me any response
till i've got the problem "solved" by going through the whole ticket purchase process again
then only they replied "Thank you for your email. Your flight ticket transaction was successful"
The situation got worst when their customer service's like shit!
I wasn't really pissed till i see their faces behind the counter
Like Hello~ I never owe you a single cent & even if i do,
I believe Ah Long also will smile smile a bit & ask you pay the debt lo...
I dont care if you had a fight with your husband or your baby pee on the bed again lo...
That's your family business lo...but work is work la...pro a bit can ar?
